At Aurora Montreal, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, situations may arise where a customer wishes to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

A return can only be registered after the product has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, including any international postage.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying items on is permitted, but they must not be worn.

Returns are not accepted for orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all items.
Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing info@auroramontreal.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You return the product at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once the product has been received at the return address and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not liable for lost parcels if tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
